An Owner’s Representative aka (Owners Rep.)- Is a individual hired to act as an extension to the owner/client. We are hired to protect the client’s interests, walk through and explain all details and processes between all of the required consultants, contractors, subcontractors, trades-men and vendors. We coordinate and effectively communicate to the team’s members throughout the project’s life-cycle, from concept to completion. All of this while paying close attention to budget and schedule.
